Hi semua,

Tarikh akhir untuk menghantar tugasan bagi IPD 2nd round adalah pada 20 November 2009.
Sila pastikan anda menghantar perkara berikut selewat-lewat nya pada tarikh berkenaan:
1.NCP-jumlah 45
2.Log Book-warna kuning-Jumlah 1
3.Hard cover book-(rekod pesakit yang ditengok n catatan)-jumlah 1
4.Case report-jumlah 3
5.borang berkaitan-lapor diri/tamat latihan

Anda dihendaki menghantar semua tugasan tersebut kepada saya ...

Registration for next semester

Dear all,

Just a reminder to everyone that you are still subjected to preregistration. I have activated your accounts (those who are my advisees). Register online and submit the blue form later when you come back for the IPD presentation. The foodservice briefing will be held after IPD presentation.

Just had some conversation with those attached in Melaka. They asked about my life here... well, it's been quiet without you guys....the juniors are very angelic!!! ...

Foodservice LPD

Dear all,

Your foodservice LPD will commence on the 23 Nov. Hope you have taken the necessary vaccination (Typhoid). We have difficulty getting placement due to the requirement of MOU with the hospitals, kitchen under renovation, new officer in charge who needs time to adjust before training students .... too many of you... etc. Thus, sorry if you are not located at the place of your choice.

The latest update: from SJMC. students: Lee Chai Hua and Azmira. They require that you get Typhoid vaccine, hepatitis B screening and insurance (please get the document from HEP). They need to see the documents on the day you report for attachment. hepatitis may need a few days before results are out, thus get it done immediately. you are also required to report wearing white blouse and black pants, covered shoes. Thanks.
